If there is any change in ad copy, price, phone number or any other information,
a new ad will be created for $8.00, plus 25¢ each additional word.

CLASSIFIED BILLING INFORMATION
All classified advertising is Pre-paid. If you wish to pay by credit card it is recommended that you call the office rather than email or fax your information for security and privacy purposes. Credit card information must include the credit card number, the expiration date, the 3-digit validation code (the last three numbers on the back of your credit card and the billing address that your credit card statement goes to including an accurate zip code.
LEGAL ADVERTISING RATES
The cost to run legal ads is $4.15 per column inch
CLAIMS FOR ERROR
CLASSIFIED LINE ADS: Advertising is accepted subject to revision, proper classification and approval of the publisher. The Zephyrhills News will not be responsible for more than ONE INCORRECT INSERTION. • CLASSIFIED DISPLAY: The Zephyrhills News will not be responsible for errors in display ads unless submitted three or more working days in advance of the publication date.
LEGALS: Errors in legal ads must be brought to the attention of the Zephyrhills News within three business days following publication. Any claims for error after three days will not be the responsibility of the Zephyrhills News. The Zephyrhills News will not be responsible for more than ONE INCORRECT INSERTION. • LEGAL DISPLAY: The Zephyrhills News will not be responsible for errors in display ads after the ad has been proofed and approved.
GENERAL
Zephyrhills News reserves the right to classify, edit, reject or cancel any ad.
Zephyrhills News reserves the right to revise advertising rates at any time. Current contract holders will be notified in writing 30 days prior to a rate adjustment and all contracts are subject to this policy.
CANCELLATIONS
After an ad is ordered, it cannot be canceled or corrected until after the first insertion. Read your ad carefully after it appears the first time. If it contains an error call us at once. To cancel or correct an in-column ad call 813-782-1558 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
OTHER INFORMATON
The top line of classifieds should be no more than 21 characters (including spaces).
Words inside ad can be put in all caps, but only the top line is bolded. A phone number is counted as one word and abbreviations will be counted as separate words.
DEADLINES
Deadlines for classifieds and legals is Monday at noon for the upcoming week’s paper.
